PSI to ramp up capacity for 300mm silicon wafer reclaim

Phoenix Silicon International (PSI) has disclosed plans to ramp up monthly capacity for 300mm silicon wafer reclaim to 300,000 pieces in the third quarter from the current 240,000 units.
