Bloomberg, quoting sources, reported that Apple manufactured approximately 200 million iPhones worldwide in 2022, with 6.5 million of them maufactured in India. The company aims to boost its iPhone output in India to 10 million in 2023, with the potential to exceed 15 million units in 2024.

Tejas Networks secures large order for pan-India router network
The Economic Times reported that Tejax Networks, a subsidiary of Tata Group, obtained an INR6.96 billion (US$84.92 million) pan-India router network deal from India's state-owned telecom operator BSNL. Tejas Networks is among the beneficiaries under India's PLI scheme for telecom and networking products.
