PSMC chair touts 'Fab IP' business model

Powerchip Semiconductor Manufacturing (PSMC) has created a "Fab IP" business model to help various countries establish their semiconductor manufacturing sectors, according to the Taiwan-based pure-play foundry's chairman, Frank Huang.
