Hynix signs contract with BOE Technology to sell HYDIS

Hynix Semiconductor announced on Wednesday that it has signed a contract with China’s BOE Technology Group to sell Hyundai Display Technology’s (HYDIS) TFT LCD-related tangible and intangible assets and liabilities, according to the Korea Economic Daily.
