Hynix to sell ImageQuest to GB Synerworks

Hynix recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to sell its shareholding in ImageQuest, totaling 20.29 million shares (a 47.34% stake) to South Korean investment company GB Synerworks for 45 billion won, according to the Korea Economic Daily.
