Picvue to ship BiNem LCDs for electronic book orders from Chinese publishing company

Picvue Electronics will begin shipping 6.4-inch, monochrome BiNem (bistable nematic) LCDs for electronic book (e-book) orders from an unnamed publishing company in Beijing next month, disclosed Picvue president Jacob Lin last week.
