Chipbond raises financial forecast for the second time

Chipbond Technology, a Taiwanese LCD driver IC packaging and testing house, raised its financial forecast for the second time on increased demand for gold bump and TCP (tape carrier package) services, according to a filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE).
