Chunghwa Telecom to offer free MPEG-4 IP set-top box for MOD services

Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) will offer free MPEG-4 IP set-top boxes to attract new subscribers to its MOD (multimedia on demand) services, according to local vendors of IP set-top boxes. CHT will be the first provider of MPEG4 IP-set-top boxes in Taiwan.
