ITO glass supplier AVCT to reduce capital by 64%; to issue private placement

Taiwan-based Applied Vacuum Coating Technologies (AVCT), an indium tin oxide (ITO) glass supplier, recently announced that it will hold a shareholders meeting on December 5 to discuss capital reduction and fund raising related issues, according to the company.
