Amtran to issue NT$4 billion CBs and new shares

Taiwan-based display maker Amtran Technology will issue NT$4 billion (US$122.3 million) in five-year domestic CBs (convertible bonds) to fund operations and pay debts, according to a company filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE).
