SMIC and IBM sign licensing agreement on 45nm bulk CMOS process

Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC) and IBM announced that they have signed an agreement to license IBM's 45nm bulk CMOS technology to SMIC for 12-inch wafer foundry service.
