Alcatel-Lucent appoints new president for Taiwan office

Alcatel-Lucent recently appointed Larry Chai to serve as its new president of Alcatel-Lucent Taiwan. Chai served as vice president of a network technology unit of Cisco China before joining Alcatel-Lucent.
