LCD maker HannStar aims to ship 4 million low-cost notebook panels in 2H08

HannStar Display is stepping up the development of low-cost notebook LCD panels, and the panel maker aims to ship 4 million units to the market in the second half of the year, according to company vice president Chih-Hao Chou.
