Socle's alliance with ARM to shake up SoC industry

ARM and Socle Technology, a subsidiary of Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing, have released details of their cooperation plans which will see Socle gain licenses from ARM's IP portfolio covering ARM11 and 3D graphics chips.
