CMO absorbs LCD module making subsidiary Chi Hsin

Taiwan TFT-LCD panel makerChi Mei Optoelectronics (CMO) has announced that it will merge its small- to medium-size LCD module (LCM) making subsidiary Chi Hsin Electronics into CMO's operations on May 31, 2009.
