ITRI upgrades MEMS production line to 8-inch

Taiwan's Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) has upgraded its MEMS production line from 6-inch to 8-inch in order to assist Taiwan semiconductor companies since most are adopting 8-inch fabs.
