Arima EcoEnergy Technologies (ArimaEco), a Taiwan-based maker of GaAs high-concentration photovoltaic (HCPV) modules, has completed the installation of a 300KWp concentration PV (CPV) power-generating system for Spain-based ISFOC, according to the company.
