AMEC wins patent suit against Lam

Shanghai-based chip equipment maker Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment (AMEC) on September 9 announced it has prevailed in a patent infringement lawsuit filed against its subsidiary in Taiwan and other related entities by Lam Research.
