Cyntec to delist from TSE in March 2010; become wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Electronics

Passive component maker Cyntec has announced that it will become a 100%-owned subsidiary of its parent company Delta Electronics, and will delist from the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) market on March 31, 2010 at the earliest.
