TSMC to manufacture Altera 28nm FPGA chips in mid-2010

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) is expected to begin manufacturing Altera's new FPGA chips on its 28nm process in mid-2010 at the earliest, according to market sources.
