Dialog, TSMC partner on power management ICs

Dialog Semiconductor has announced that it is working closely with foundry partner Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) on a bipolar-CMOS-DMOS (BCD) technology specifically tailored to power management ICs (PWM ICs) for portable devices.
