Holtek and Macroblock to see revenues drop by double-digit rate sequentially in 4Q10

IC design houses Holtek Semiconductor and Macroblock have both revealed that their revenues are likely to slide by a double-digit rate sequentially in the fourth quarter due to off-season effects.
