OmniVision to buy wafer-level lens manufacturing unit from JV

OmniVision Technologies has announced plans to buy the wafer-level lens production operations from VisEra Technologies, its joint venture with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), for US$45 million.
