NTI Corporation recently announced the release of the latest version of NTI Echo, a robust cloning software that delivers the ability to easily clone a PC's older storage drive to a new replacement drive. Echo's simple design, along with its advance new features such as Filter Cloning, Partition Cloning, and Smart Cloning technologies, make Echo the right choice for any user.
"We added these new features into Echo to allow users to clone the way they want," said Bill Yao, CEO of NTI Corporation. "Being able to filter out large data files allows the user to easily clone their older drive to a faster SSD without worrying about size constraints."
Filter cloning will allow users to exclude certain files from the cloning process. Echo will make a clone of the user's drive and at the same time exclude the selected files from being copied to the newly cloned drive. Partition cloning allows the user to clone a single partition on one drive to another. Additionally Echo's smart cloning technology will automatically resize the drive's partitions to fit onto a smaller or larger replacement drive.
Using Echo is easy, simply click the Start button and let Echo take care of the rest. Echo will start the cloning process and copy the entire original hard drive (including the Operating System, Programs, Data, Partitions, etc.) to the new replacement drive. After the cloning process is complete, just swap out the drives and reboot. Windows will boot up normally from the new drive as if nothing ever happened.
