Inspection tool supplier HMI doubles EPS in January-September period

Electron beam inspection (EBI) equipment maker Hermes Microvision (HMI) has reported an EPS of NT$16.33 (US$0.56) for the first nine months of 2012, doubling from NT$8.12 of a year earlier.
