China market: China Telecom plans to adopt FDD/TDD-LTE dual mode, says chairman

China Telecom, the only CDMA 2000 mobile telecom carrier in China, plans to adopt dual-mode FDD/TDD-LTE for its 4G deployment in the China market, according to company chairman Wang Xiaochu.
