Taiwan attracts January-October foreign direct investment of over US$3.9 billion, says MOEA

Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) approved 2,608 foreign direct investment projects (except from China) totaling US$3.938 billion in January-October 2013, respectively increasing 19.80% and decreasing 8.42% on year.
