Foreign direct investment in Taiwan reaches US$2.47 billion in January-July

Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) approved 1,979 foreign direct investment projects (except from China) totaling US$2.47 billion in January-July 2014, respectively increasing by 13.15% and decreasing by 11.49% on year, according to MOEA.
