Acer to set up China subsidiary to promote BYOC

Acer has obtained approval from Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs to invest US$5 million to set up a subsidiary specifically for promoting its Build Your Own Cloud (BYOC) business in the China market, according to the company.
