ASKey to reduce capital by over 30%

Asustek Computer has announced that its cable modem manufacturing subsidiary ASKey will reduce its capital by 30.77% or 213.3 million shares, equivalent to NT$2.13 billion (US$64.63 million), according to a posting on the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
