Taiwan September unemployment rate down, says DGBAS

Taiwan had 454,000 jobless citizens in September 2015, equivalent to an unemployment rate of 3.89% which dropped 0.01pp on month and 0.07pp on year, according to the Directorate-General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics (DGBAS).
