Compal Electronics expects 6-9% sequential drop in 4Q15 notebook shipments, says president

ODM Compal Electronics expects notebook shipments in the fourth quarter of 2015 to decrease 6-9% on quarter and shipments of tablets and smartphones together to increase at least 30%, company president Ray Chen said at a November 12 investors conference.
