Qualcomm signs 3G/4G patent license agreement with Yulong

Qualcomm has announced that it has signed a new 3G and 4G Chinese patent license agreement with Yulong Computer Telecommunication Scientific, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Coolpad group.
