China firm to debut in-house developed 3D NAND technology

Yangtze Memory Technologies (YMTC) under China's state-owned Tsinghua Unigroup will participate in the upcoming Flash Memory Summit to reveal its in-house developed 3D NAND technology, dubbed Xtacking, according to the China-based memory chipmaker.
