Taiwan memory chipmakers post decreased May revenues

DRAM maker Nanya Technology, specialty DRAM and flash memory specialist Winbond Electronics, and mask ROM and flash chipmaker Macronix International have reported sequential decreases in May revenues of 1.2%, 1.7% and 17.3%, respectively.
