Robust ABF substrate sales buoy Nan Ya revenues for January

Nan Ya PCB has reported revenues surged 58.1% on year and 5.1% sequentially to NT$3.92 billion (US$140.24 million) in January 2021, buoyed by strong sales of ABF substrates.
