GlobalWafers remains upbeat about 3rd-gen semiconductor demand

The outlook for third-generation semiconductor demand remains positive, according to GlobalWafers chairperson Doris Hsu, who was speaking in the wake of Tesla's intention to slash its use of SiC components in EVs.
