Arm believes India presents an exciting opportunity. According to DIGITIMES Research, revenue from Europe for Taiwan-based IPC manufacturers grew 8.7% in 2023 compared to the previous year, marking the highest growth rate across all regions. Lam Research to train chipmaking engineers in India under US-India semiconductor partnership
Lam Research has entered a three-way MoU with the India Semiconductor Mission and the Indian Institute of Science to facilitate the widespread adoption of Semiverse Solutions. The India Semiconductor Mission will assist in setting up infrastructure and covering operational expenses. Additionally, Lam Research has pledged to contribute INR 2.4 billion (US$29 million) software licenses over the next two years.
