However, moving technologies such as silicon photonics and co-packaged optics (CPO) from development to commercial deployment presents a critical challenge: how to achieve reliable, high-volume production.
To address this challenge, ficonTEC will host its Expert Seminar – Asia, "The Future is Powered by Photonics – Building the Manufacturing Ecosystem Behind AI Infrastructure," on September 8, 2026, in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
The event will bring together experts from across the photonics and semiconductor ecosystem to discuss how companies can move from prototype to production, overcome emerging bottlenecks and shorten time-to-market.
