Analysts: China may beat Taiwan in DRAM in 3-5 years

China may surpass Taiwan in the DRAM industry, as Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC) moves to cooperate with Infineon Technologies and Elpida Memory, the South China Morning Post quoted Gartner Dataquest analyst Dorothy Lai as saying.
