Both Taiwanese DRAM makers Nanya Technology and Powerchip Semiconductor Corporation (PSC) reported March revenues on Tuesday. Nanya’s revenues rose 17% to NT$1.93 billion from the previous month while PSC’s fell 1.2% to NT$1.02 billion over the same period.
