SiS sets up XGI graphics chip subsidiary

Silicon Integrated Systems (SiS) on May 20 announced that it has set up a new subsidiary for its graphics chip unit (multimedia product division) under the name of XGI Technology (formerly transliterated as Tu Chiang Technology).
