Micron announces handheld-use CMOS image sensors, including first to leverage its 0.15-micron DRAM process technology

US-based Micron Technology today announced three CMOS image sensors for mobile imaging devices such as camera phones and PDAs. The new products extend Micron’s DigitalClarity range of sensors into this rapidly growing market.
