New 6-inch fab to be built in Ningbo, China

According to sources, a new 6-inch fab, Ningbo Chong-Xi Semiconductor (transliterated from Chinese), is slated to begin construction in April in the Ningbo Free Trade Zone (NFTZ) in China’s Southern Yangtze River Delta.
