Handset IC prices stay flat in 1Q despite rising costs

Analog Devices Inc (ADI), Infineon Technologies, Philips Semiconductors and Texas Instruments (TI) have temporarily shelved plans to raise prices for handset ICs in the first quarter despite rising production costs, according to sources.
