MIC: Shipments of small-to-medium-size LCD panels to grow by 28% in 1H

Shipments from Taiwan’s small-to-medium-size LCD panel makers will exceed 187 million units in the second half of this year, up 28% on year, according to Taiwan’s Market Intelligent Center (MIC).
