Prices for NOR flash to bottom out this quarter, rebound in 4Q

Prices for 16- and 32Mbit NOR flash chips are expected to bottom out this quarter in Asia and rebound in the fourth quarter. Prices for other sizes of chips may increase, according to sources with IC distributors in Taiwan.
