Unaxis: Prices for TFT-LCD equipment not likely to fall

Prices for TFT-LCD equipment are not likely to decrease, even though makers of TFT-LCD panels and color filters (CFs) have been requesting price reductions, according to Switzerland-based equipment maker Unaxis.
