Although IC substrate maker Nan Ya Printed Circuit Board (NPC) plans to list on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) in early April, a recent patent lawsuit filed by Phoenix Precision Technology (PPT) may affect NPC’s listing schedule.
