Taiwan solar cell maker Motech to distribute dividend of NT$11 for 2005

Motech Industries, a leading maker of solar cells in Taiwan, will distribute a dividend per share of NT$11.0 (US$0.34), NT$6.6 in stock and NT$4.4 in cash, for its operations in 2005, according to a board of directors decision on March 16.
